Working Out is Sexy!

There are so many benefits to working out. You decrease the likelyhood of suffering from heart diseases by increasing blood flow and decreasing fat. The extra weight from fat puts so much stress on your organs, especially your heart.

Did you ever think about the sexual benefits of working out? There are lots of those, too!

Did you know that working out gets your blood flowing the same way as foreplay and intercourse? How about the fact that sweating during your workout releases pheromones that attract partners to you?
