Week One: Herbs Can Increase My Bust?

A week and a half ago, I ordered a breast enlargement extract off of Amazon. I found it when searching for something completely irrelevant, however I found the idea of naturally increasing my bust intriguing.

I have been playing around with the idea of getting implants, however I don't really want to go that route due to the safety issues, cost, and the fact that I'd need to get them replaced every 5-10 years or so. I suppose if the new gummy bear implants became the norm, I'd consider them much safer, however most surgeons still use saline or silicone.

I suppose I should first go into why I want bigger breasts. A couple of years ago, I lost about 60 pounds. It seemed like the first thing to go was my breasts, which were never really big to begin with. I'm in my mid 20's, so I am most likely not going to have a growth spurt and suddenly have more boob than I know what to do with. I don't want bigger breasts so I can attract more attention from other people. I don't really care what other people think. I really just want them so I can fit properly in my clothing and think that I look good. As it is, my 34B bust does not really match the rest of my body. It would be amazing if I could buy any top I wanted and not have to worry about the chest area being too baggy. Essentially, this whole thing is about my self esteem.

That said, I have a goal of reaching 34C within a few months on this herbal extract.

I've read into all of the herbal extracts used in this supplement, and all of them seem to be good. A few I was actually already taking in vitamin form for other reasons.Unfortunately, for this to work properly, my diet needs a few changes. Taking the supplement while intaking a lot of caffeine can cause the supplement to not work. I already drink caffeine free pop if I feel I want some pop, however I have a deep love for chocolate, which also contains caffeine. It's going to be a struggle for me to limit my chocolate intake.

So far I'm on day 3 of taking this supplement. The first day I felt a little nauseous after taking a dose in a glass of juice, however the past two days have been fine. I am expecting a bit of bloating due to how this stuff is supposed to work. It's supposed to cause breasts to retain a lot of water, thus increasing the size. Unfortunately, for the first few weeks my whole body will be retaining water.

I'm not really feeling anything yet, however I am not expecting to. I noticed this supplement received a lot of negative reviews on Amazon by those expecting results within the first week. As someone who has lost a considerable amount of weight, I understand that change sometimes takes a while.

I've tried the supplement in three different kinds of juice and I find that cranberry or cranberry apple is the best to mix it in so far. The tang of the cranberry covers up the flavor of the supplement, which is pretty gross. It also has a very strong odor to it, which I think is similar to brown sugar and maple syrup.

The bottle contains enough drops for a 30 day supply if 30 drops are taken a day (about 3/4 of a dropperful). The first day I took 60 drops, the second and third days I took 30. I am not expecting instant results, so I plan on sticking to 30-60 drops a day. This stuff costs $28 plus shipping, so it's also a bit more wallet-friendly to take smaller doses.

Now I'd like to wrap this week up with my current measurements, both over my bust and under. I'd like to note that my measurements are done with a push-up bra, making my over bust measurement a bit larger. I do not have a lightly lined bra to measure myself with. I plan on doing my measurements every week with the same bra for consistency.

Under bust measurement: 32 1/4 inches
Over bust measurement: 35 inches
